There are various options to consider when selecting the right crimper for you: Hose size capacity; power e.g. hand pump, air-driven hydraulic foot pump or electricity – AC or DC; Crimp diameter control method; and portable or fixed plant.

Hydraulic hose crimpers (also known as swagers or swaging presses) are used to permanently assemble crimp couplings onto a hydraulic hose. 

Hydraulic operated crimping machines are generally quite simple in both design and construction.

P16HP Hose Crimper

P16HP is a manually operated hydraulic crimping machine best suited for mobile hose manufacture where electricity is not always available.  Can be adapted for air over hydraulic foot pump operation.  Capable of crimping hose sizes up to 1″ two wire.

Single and Three Phase electric crimpers

P20D – Capable of crimping up to 1-1/2″ four wire hose.

P32Q – Capable of crimping up to 2″ four wire hose.

P51D – Capable of crimping up to 3″ four wire hose.
